Is there something to kill off weeds?

How can I kill the weeds in my garden?
The weeds in my garden are growing faster than my veggies. I pull them, and they grow right back.

Don’t use Round-up or any other broadleaf weed killer near your vegetables. You should pull the weeds then mulch around your vegetable plants. We use black plastic–when we first plant we put it down, cut holes in it, and plant the plants or Seeds in holes (anchor it down FIRMLY–we use wires bent into “U” shapes every 6″ or so around the perimeter and one at every hole so it doesn’t blow over the plants). You could probably stillcut slits that are large enough to cover plants, or if they’re in rows, put strips of it down over the rows. Not only will the black plastic stop any weeds from coming up under it, it also holds in heat and ground moisture.
